We are now looking for a dedicated casual customer service assistant with a passion and drive to succeed in a competitive, rewarding, and fast-paced environment, to complement our team and provide a premium shopping experience to our online customers.
- Approx. 20 hours per week

Duties will include;
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers
- Attend to social media inquiries in a timely manner.
- Attend to customer e-mails and reply in a timely manner
- Attend website chat and provide appropriate solutions to customers.
- Follow up and solve customer disputes.
- Raise and solve delivery disputes with courier partners.
- Handling return orders by liaising with warehouse assistant
- Follow up and approve return claims.
- Attend to customer service-related administration work
- Raise and inform technical errors to Tech support team
- Attend to requests made by the management

Key Responsibilities in Baby Expo
- Greeting customers and providing them exceptional customer service.
- Attending to product demonstration
- Gather customer information by signing up with Baccani.
- Provide tailor-made solutions to customers to finalize the sale.
- Assist Baccani team with installing/repacking the stand.
- Implement new strategies to enhance sales during the show.
- Managing raffle draw and make announcements. ( if any)
