We offer free returns on all prams returned within 14 days of purchase – Follow these simple steps
- Please open the box in a clean safe area to avoid any damages to wheels and frame. (carpet floor Is preferred). Please ensure no signs of use or damage are occurred.
- If this is not what you after please e mail us email@example.com to initiate your return. One of our customer service officer will authorize and guide you step by step.
- Please repack the stroller in original condition exactly the same way it was packed. (Please refer our YouTube video on how to dissemble and repack)
- Print and attach the return label to the box and leave for pickup at your door.
- Leave the rest to us and your refund will be processed within 14 days. You will be notified via email when we process your refund.
